2. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing this website, requesting business cooperation, or using any application operated by us, you acknowledge and agree to this Service Agreement and the Privacy Agreement.

3. Service Scope

Our service portfolio includes, without limitation:

• Technical consulting and technology promotion.
• Sales and installation of photovoltaic equipment, energy storage equipment, and electrical apparatus.
• Sales of energy-saving environmental equipment, electromechanical equipment, and security equipment.

• Enterprise management consulting and business information consulting.
• Mobile management application design, release, operation, and maintenance.

4. App Distribution and Marketplace Terms

Applications may be distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and other approved app marketplaces. Users must also comply with the relevant store terms and local legal requirements in their region.

• Store review outcomes, distribution limitations, and update timelines may be affected by external platform rules.

5. Account and Access Rules

7. Country and Region Compliance

Use of services must comply with applicable laws including, where relevant, GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state privacy frameworks, PIPEDA, LGPD, Australia Privacy Act, APPI, PIPA, PDPA, India DPDP Act, consumer protection laws, digital services laws, and advertising disclosure obligations.

Where conflict exists, mandatory local law prevails for users in that jurisdiction.

8. Age Eligibility and Minors

• Users below age thresholds may require parental or guardian consent, or may be restricted from certain features.
• Child-directed processing, profiling, and ad personalization are limited or disabled where required.

9. Intellectual Property

13. Limitation of Liability

14. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jiangsu Xianpo Technology Co., Ltd against claims arising from unlawful use, agreement breach, rights infringement, fraud, or violation of app store and advertising platform rules.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when required for security protection, legal compliance, non-payment, policy breach, fraud risk, or harmful interference with service operations.

16. Change Management

We may revise this Service Agreement and related service rules based on law, technology, security needs, and business updates. Revised versions become effective on publication unless mandatory law requires additional notice.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Handling

Disputes are first handled through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, dispute resolution follows the jurisdiction and venue rules specified in the governing commercial contract or applicable mandatory law for consumer users.
